My name is Gina Saddington. I grew up and spent my young adult years in my home country, Ecuador (South America). I moved to England with my husband 31 years ago and had two children. After being a Lecturer and Course Leader at Sunderland University, Newcastle College, and Northumberland Communities Centres delivering the Spanish Language under the European Framework of Languages, I decided to start my own company nine years ago. I aimed to bring people together and help them learn a new fascinating language.
My Story
I am well-qualified, I hold a B.A. (Hons) degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
For ten years, I was working for Northumberland Community Centre. I lectured to students, from beginners' level to advanced level in many different locations - Alnwick, Ashington, Rothbury and Amble.
For six years I was Course Leader at Newcastle College, designing, developing and delivering courses at all levels and monitoring their effectiveness. It is of the utmost importance to me that my students enjoy their studies and achieve the best possible outcome.
Following this, I was attached to Sunderland University where I continued with similar work, operating within the European framework of advanced education.
I base my teaching and work following those standards of Higher Education, providing my students with the highest possible standard of learning and achievement.
After nine years of running my company Spanish North East Business, I am proud to say that we are well established and still growing, thanks to the student's support and the help of my family and good friends.
